THE SALT LAKE TRIBUNE – Holladay » An ice skating rink, outdoor stage and new playgrounds could sprout next to this ‘burb’s City Hall. On Thursday, the Holladay Planning Commission unanimously recommended a master plan for a city park on the former schoolyard — Holladay City Hall used to be Holladay Elementary — that surrounds city offices. The space already has some softball fields, but it could use a face-lift.
